Tickets for the 2018-2019 Season

Individual tickets may be purchased in advance online through the Bartell Theatre Box Office.

Special prices may be available for groups - contact the Bartell Box office at 608-661-9696.

Ticket Information

For the 2018-2019 season, patrons may purchase tickets securely in advance online or via telephone to the Bartell Theatre Box Office (608-661-9696).  No reservations will be taken without payment. 

Please note: Online ticket sales end 12 hours prior to each show.  After that, tickets may be available at the door starting one hour before the performance. There are no refunds.

Bartell Pass holders, Season Ticket holders, and Friends of the Bartell who wish to attend are asked to send an e-mail message to tickets@madisontheatreguild.org to check on availability for the performance they wish to attend.

Venue Information

All MTG shows take place in the Bartell Theatre performance spaces: The Evjue or The Drury.  The Bartell Theatre is located at 113 East Mifflin Street in Madison, Wisconsin.

The Drury is the second floor 199 seat theater; the Evjue is the 90 seat studio space on the main level. Both venues are wheelchair accessible.

Seating in both the Evjue and the Drury is general admission, so arrive early to get the best seats.

Concessions are sold in the Bartell lobby before the show and during intermission.

Restrooms are located on both the main floor and second floor.

 

Ticket & Performance Policies

Please let us know if you have any mobility issues so we can do our best to accommodate your comfort at the Bartell Theatre. info@madisontheatreguild.org.

Tickets should be picked up by 15 minutes prior to the show time.

Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate time during the production and may be asked to wait several minutes so we can avoid disrupting the cast or other audience members.

Whenever possible we provide guidelines regarding adult themes or material in any of our productions. If you have any questions regarding a specific show, do not hesitate to contact us prior to reserving tickets.

There are no refunds.

Inclement Weather Policy:
If the weather is unfavorable, a decision will be made regarding matinee performances by Noon and evening performance by 4 pm.

If you are unable to attend a performance due to inclement weather, you can request a tax-deductible contribution for the face value of your tickets.  Send an email with your name and phone number, the name the tickets were under, and the performance date to tickets@madisontheatreguild.org

In the event of a cancellation, we will notify local media outlets and post information on our website. All patrons who purchased tickets in advance for a performance which is cancelled may request a tax receipt for the value of the tickets (not including handling fees and service charges).
